ADRIAN — Adrian City Administrator Chad Baugh signed a change order Monday for the ongoing Pedestrian Tunnel project on South Main Street.
The order was created due to a cost increase for the long-delayed project, amounting to over $291,260.
An enhancement grant from Lenawee Now, which funds the project as a whole, will also cover the increase.

City Commissioners, at their regular meeting on Monday, authorized Baugh to sign the order in a unanimous vote.
