ADRIAN — The City of Adrian is accepting applications for their newly-established Revitalization Committee.

At the January 5th meeting of the Adrian City Commission, an ordinance was adopted to establish an advisory committee focused on eliminating blight in the city, revitalizing neighborhoods and commercial districts, and developing a beautification plan.

Membership of the Revitalization Committee shall consist of the Community Development Director, City Administrator, three members of the Adrian City Commission, the Chief of Police, and three members of the public.

At least two of those three members must be City of Adrian residents, and members who do not live in the City of Adrian must own or operate a business within the city limits.

Applications will be received through Friday, February 6th.

Online application forms are available at AdrianCity.com, on the Boards and Commissions page, or on the City of Adrian Government Facebook page.
