Mary Margaret Boehk , age 80, of Hudson, passed away on Sunday January 18, 2026, peacefully at the Hospice of Lenawee Home, surrounded by her family. She was born in Toledo, Ohio and was the daughter of Clifford and Virgina (Lincoln) Matz.
After graduating high school, she married the love of her life, John Boehk on February 27, 1965, in Toledo, Ohio, and he survives. Mary worked for Bank of Lenawee until she retired in 2007. Some of her favorite things to do were shopping, and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She especially enjoyed having the whole family up to the lake.
Mary is survived by her husband of 60 years, son Michael (Karen) Boehk, and daughters Laura (Patrick) Wollet and Lisa (Todd) Grubbs, and seven grandchildren Sarah (Matthew), Colin (Chasity), Mary-Pat, Noah (Chloe), Andrew (Nicole), Seth, and Ashley, along with six great grandchildren and one other on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Clifford, and her sister Beatrice.
Visitation will be held Thursday January 22, 2026, at Our Saviour Lutheran Church, in Hudson, Michigan from 1:00pm-3:00pm with a funeral at 3:00pm, with Pastor Al Muck officiating. Cremation will follow.
