Winter live performances announced at River Raisin Centre for the Arts

MONROE — Live performances are set to warm up the winter season at the River Raisin Centre for the Arts.

The winter lineup begins Friday, Jan. 24, with an Elvis tribute show at 7 p.m., featuring a high-energy celebration of the music and style of the King of Rock ’n’ Roll.

Later in the season, Siena Heights University’s SMCC Theatre will present the musical Seussical, running Feb. 27 through March 1. The production features characters and stories from the works of Dr. Seuss and is designed for audiences of all ages.

The winter season wraps up in March with the River Raisin Ballet’s Spring Ballet, Peter Pan, bringing the classic story to the stage through choreography and live performance.
