Dale Warner Case Headed for Trial

ADRIAN The case of Dale Warner, charged with murdering his wife Dee Warner, is officially headed to trial.

A final preliminary hearing was held on Wednesday, in which Judge Michael Olsaver addressed some logistical issues regarding jury instructions, which are in the process of being solved, and other pending motions which will be the focus of a hearing on February 6.

Afterward, both the defense and prosecution announced to Judge Olsaver that they had no further questions before the trial began and were ready to proceed.

Jury selection for the trial will begin on Tuesday, January 27th

The trial will begin with opening statements on Tuesday, February 10th, and is scheduled to last up to nine weeks.
