
ADRIAN — GreenStone Farm Credit Services is offering up to $60,000 in scholarships for students pursuing agriculture-related careers.
The scholarships are available to incoming college freshmen and current college students studying agriculture, timber, or natural resources.
Up to $40,000 will be awarded to incoming freshmen. Selected students attending a four-year college may receive $2,000, while those attending a two-year program may receive $1,000.
GreenStone is also accepting applications for the Dave Armstrong Scholarship Program, which awards four $5,000 scholarships to current college students.
Applicants must live within GreenStone’s service territory, which includes Michigan and select counties in northeast Wisconsin. Students must also meet academic requirements and demonstrate leadership in their school, community, or agricultural activities.
The application deadline is March 1, 2026.
