Edward John DuBois, age 94, of Tecumseh, MI, passed away on December 29, 2025, at Fieldstone of Tecumseh Place. He was born on March 10, 1931, in Ypsilanti, MI, the son of the late Lee and Martha (Howling) DuBois. After graduating high school, Edward proudly served his country in the United States Army. On April 16, 1955, he was joined in marriage to Pauline Virginia Morgan, and she survives. They were married 70 years.
Edward went to work in the communications industry, specifically the phone industry, and spent the rest of his work life there in various capacities, including installation of PBX systems.
In addition to his wife Pauline, Edward is survived by his children, Steven R. (Patricia) DuBois, Laura DuBois, and Michelle (Mark) Latendresse; grandchildren, Kyle, Kayleigh Latendresse, Courtney McKee, and Anthony Grubb; great-grandchildren, Gregory and Amber Rose Hansford, Charles Hatfield, and Christian and Chloey Grubb; and his sister, Fran DuBois. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Martha, and his brother Robert.
The family would like to acknowledge the staff of Tecumseh Place and Optimal Care Hospice for all their dedicated and loving care that Edward received. Cremation has taken place and there will be no services scheduled at this time.
