ADRIAN — The Lenawee County Accounts Payable Committee has advanced invoices tied to renovations at the Human Services Building, signaling the next phase of previously approved upgrades.
The work focuses on improvements to several public-facing meeting rooms inside the building. County officials confirmed the renovation project had already received board approval, and invoices are now beginning to come through as construction and installation move forward.
The upgrades include updated communications and presentation systems designed to support meetings, trainings and public use of the space.
Committee members reviewed the expenses as part of the year-end accounts payable process and voted unanimously to forward the items to the full Lenawee County Board of Commissioners for consideration.
No changes to the scope of the project were discussed during the meeting.
The renovation work is intended to modernize meeting spaces frequently used by county departments and the public.
The invoices will now move on with the full board agenda as part of routine financial oversight.
