Stephanie Nicole Nowling, age 40, died peacefully, Sunday December 28,2025, with her family and friends by her side after a long and courageous battle with cancer. She was born March 8, 1985, to James & Lois Nowling and they survive. Stephanie loved McKenzie and Michael and fought hard for years to be with them. She also loved vacationing with friends and family, especially Michael. Her Love for Life will be sorely missed. Also surviving are her daughter McKenzie Nowling, fiance’ Michael Fritz, grandparents Evelyn Griffin, Douglass (Doris) Nowling, brother Timothy (Nicole) and nieces Noelle, Olivia and Charlotte Nowling, aunts and uncles Mark Griffin, Gary (Linda Pace) Nowling, Nancy Dugas, John (Vickie) Nowling, William (Lisa) Nowling, cousins Stacie (Angela Jennings) Dugas, Diane Groves, Jessica (John) Kennedy, Leigh Ann Kubacki, Basil, Anya and Roman Nowling and extended family. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Ronald Griffin, uncle Frank Dugas, cousins Scott Dugas, Shane Nowling and Emma Watson Nowling. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be scheduled at a later date.
