Mary was born on October 18, 1949, in Cadillac, Michigan, the youngest of four children to Byron and Bernice (VandeMortle) Wooden. She graduated from Albion High School and went on to become a hairstylist.
On June 21, 1991, Mary was united in marriage to James L. Bramble Jr. in Louisville, Kentucky. In her earlier years she joined her good friends, Jeff and Sharon Mitchell, on many adventures travelling by motorhome. Later in life Mary enjoyed taking her children camping throughout the state of Michigan. Mary liked to work outdoors in her garden and there was always room to plant more flowers and grow vegetables. Above all else, Mary treasured her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She always took the time to be there for them regardless of where they were at in life.
In addition to James, her husband of 34 years, Mary will be missed by her daughters, Linda (Brian) Miller and Anne (Jeremy) Louden; grandchildren, Jacob (Jalyn) Remboski, Matthew (Jenai) Remboski, Cassidy Remboski, Nolan Louden and Ryan Louden ; great-grandchildren, Brooklyn, Bree, and Beau Remboski; and siblings, Theresa Toepp-Fike and Ginger (Chris) Olson-Heath; and her cherished black lab, Buddy. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Michael Toepp.
Visitation for Mary will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Wagley Funeral Home-Tagsold Chapel, Blissfield. Burial will take place at a later date at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, MI.
