ADRIAN — Weber Retreat and Conference Center is starting the new year with a fresh lineup of Lunch and Learn programs, covering topics from online safety to spring gardening.

The monthly Lunch and Learn series runs from 12:15 to 1 p.m. on Wednesdays and is free and open to the public, with no registration required.

The first session is January 14 and focuses on finding truth in today’s world. Members of the Adrian Dominican Sisters’ communications and finance offices will share tips on identifying reliable information online and avoiding scams.

On February 11, the series turns to comfort food with “Casseroles and Crockpots,” featuring dish samples and a recipe exchange.

March 11 will highlight Habitat for Humanity Lenawee, with Executive Director Wendy Knox discussing home repairs, construction efforts, and the Restore Store’s 20th anniversary.

The series wraps up April 8 with spring gardening tips from Madison Garden Center and Flower Shop.

Weber Retreat and Conference Center is located on the campus of the Adrian Dominican Sisters Motherhouse in Adrian.
