ADRIAN — Lenawee Christian Ministries has announced Tricia McGuire as its new president, continuing the long-standing leadership legacy of the Merillat family.
McGuire is the youngest daughter of Richard and Lynette Merillat and represents the next generation of leadership rooted in the organization’s founding mission. The Merillat family has played a central role in the development of Lenawee Christian Ministries, including Lenawee Christian School and The Christian Family Centre.
In her new role, McGuire will serve as a voting member of the Lenawee Christian Ministries Board of Directors while overseeing strategic alignment across its ministries.
Her responsibilities include supporting collaboration, strengthening mission consistency, and working closely with Executive Director Dr. Taylor, who will report to her.
Board leaders say McGuire brings a lifelong connection to the ministry along with spiritual and organizational leadership experience.
Lenawee Christian Ministries says the leadership transition reflects both continuity and long-term planning as the organization looks ahead while remaining grounded in its faith-based mission.
