JACKSON — Jackson College is hosting a virtual adjunct hiring fair on December 4th and 5th via Zoom as the institution seeks to fill part-time teaching positions across multiple disciplines.
Adjunct instructors typically teach one or two classes per semester, or serve as clinical instructors for health programs. The positions offer hourly compensation ranging from $46 to $56, depending on the subject area and credentials.
The college has identified several high-need areas for in-person instruction, including positions at Corrections Education Program facilities in St. Louis, Milan, Huron Valley, and other Michigan locations. The college is also seeking instructors for online courses.
Additional priority areas include English composition, accounting, and natural sciences. Applicants with expertise in other subject areas are also encouraged to apply.
