ADRIAN — Anyone in the community can pick up a free Thanksgiving meal tomorrow, Thursday, November 27, at Adrian High School, 785 Riverside Avenue.
Meal pickup runs from 10:45 a.m. until noon and will take place at the north entrance off McKenzie Street.
No sign-up is required. All meals are to-go only, with no dine-in service available. The program provides approximately 400 meals to residents in need.
The annual Thanksgiving Day Dinner is coordinated in partnership with Alpha Koney Island and Adrian Public Schools, and sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Adrian.
According to a social media post from the Kiwanis Club of Adrian, “Preparations are in full swing for the annual Kiwanis Club of Adrian and Alpha Koney Thanksgiving Dinner. A favorite event that brings our community together to share the spirit of Thanksgiving.”
Meal pickup ends at noon.
