Patricia Ann Clymer (McElfresh), age 91, of Adrian, Michigan, passed away peacefully on November 23, 2025, at Adrian Bay.  Patricia was born on April 23, 1934, in Ferndale, Michigan, to James McElfresh Sr. and Eva (Spencley) McElfresh. She graduated from Adrian High School in 1952 and spent many years working at Fisher Body in Tecumseh, from which she retired.  She was united in marriage to Charles James Clymer Sr. on March 1, 1952, in Angola, Indiana. Together, they built a life full of love, family, and adventure. Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Chuck Clymer Sr.; her parents; her brother, Jim; her son, Scott Clymer; her daughter-in-law, Kathy Clymer; and her beloved dogs, Bandit and Oreo.  Patricia is survived by her children: Sherry (Lynn) Demski, Vickie Smolinski, and Charles Clymer Jr.; daughter-in-law Kim Clymer; brother John (Bonnie) McElfresh; grandchildren Nicole (Dan) Sweeney, Cinnamon (Mario) Bernardo, Kama (Andrew) Clark, Jay (Pam) Demski, Jason (Crissy) Conrad, Trisha (Roy) Hale, CJ (Katie) Clymer, Salena (Shawn) Begley, Josh (Kim) Clymer; 32 great-grandchildren; six great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.  Pat had a vibrant spirit and a love for life. She enjoyed traveling, camping, dune buggies, motorcycles, and her time as an activity director at multiple places, including RV Parks in Kissimmee, FL, Zephyrhills, FL, and Morenci, MI, where she was known as a lively and enthusiastic person. She always knew what was going on in the neighborhood, loved a good debate (especially about Wolverines vs. Buckeyes with her grandchildren), and enjoyed the excitement of casino visits. Pat and her husband could often be found dancing polka on the dance floor, the very way they first met. She delighted in entertaining with her ompa, clog shoes, and golf cart rides, and could often be seen soaking up the sun in her tube top and flip-flops or enjoying her daily swims at the pool. Above all, she cherished her family and treasured every moment spent with them.  Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Saturday, December 6th, at 11:00 am, with a service to follow at 1:00 pm at NewLife Church, 1370 S. Winter St., Adrian, MI, in the old Elder Beerman Building.   Patricia’s warmth, humor, and love for her family will be dearly missed by all who knew her.  Arrangements with Purse Funeral Home.  ww.PurseFuneralHome.com
