Joanne M. Arnold, age 78, of Adrian, passed away at Adrian Bay Rehab and Nursing Center on Monday, November 17, 2025. She was born in Adrian on October 4, 1947, to the late Russell and Audrey (Bennett) Barker. Joanne graduated from Madison High School in 1966, and then on May 16, 1975, she married Keith E. Arnold in Sand Creek, and he survives. She worked at Kelly’s Sunoco as a clerk, retiring in 2001.
Joanne was a very loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She greatly enjoyed spending time with her family anytime she could. A nature lover, she enjoyed watching the squirrels play and hummingbirds coming to her feeder. She also loved her many puzzle books. Joanne will be missed by all those that knew her.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Keith; sons, Bruce (Stacy) Arnold and Heath Barker; daughter, Sarah Rickard; grandchildren, Kayla, Kelsey, Bentley, Gage, Alison, Andrew, Megan, and Alex; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Ava, Evelyn, Carter, and Madison; and a sister, Peggy Bennett. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, John and Doris Kurtz and a sister, Sandra Bennett.
Cremation will take place and the family will plan a celebration of life at a later date.
