
ADRIAN — The Home Builders Association for Jackson, Hillsdale, and Lenawee Counties is working to reestablish a strong local presence after roughly a decade without an active branch in Lenawee.
Executive Director Pat O’Dowd, sitting down with Dale Gaertner on a recent Community Conversation, says the association has already signed on about 20 local members and is now focused on hosting Lenawee-based networking events and providing access to vetted residential trades professionals.
He explains the benefit for homeowners and residents:
