LENAWEE CO. — WellWise Services Area Agency on Aging has been named one of Michigan’s Top Workplaces in 2025 by the Detroit Free Press.
The recognition is based solely on confidential employee feedback collected through an independent survey conducted by Energage, a national employee engagement firm.
Survey responses measured several aspects of workplace culture, including whether employees feel respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered in their roles.
Energage CEO Eric Rubino said in a press release that the award reflects authentic input directly from employees.
WellWise Services was founded in 1974 and is a nonprofit agency serving older adults, people with disabilities, and caregivers across Hillsdale, Jackson, and Lenawee Counties, helping them remain safe and independent at home.
