ADRIAN — Pink Friday is coming to Downtown Adrian this week, encouraging shoppers to support small businesses before the holiday season begins.
The nationwide event promotes shopping local, slowing down the pace of Black Friday and highlighting stores that offer personal service and community connection.
In Adrian, several downtown businesses are participating with special activities and promotions. The lineup includes: Pearls and Patina, Stitched Consignment Shop, Passion 4 Fashion, The Blue Finch, Tropetastic Books and Gifts, Sass, Ghidrah’s Mystic She Ways, Hang Loose Boutique and Salon, Wildflowers Emporium, and Nutrition 365.
Organizers say the goal of Pink Friday is to bring residents into locally owned shops and strengthen small business districts.
