
TECUMSEH — Tecumseh voters have spoken, filling three open seats on the City Council in Tuesday’s election.
With all precincts reporting, Joseph Tuckey leads the field with 1,239 votes, followed by Vicki Riddle with 1,176, and Gary Naugle with 1,093.
Mark Raine finished fourth with 655 votes.
The top three candidates — Tuckey, Riddle, and Naugle — will each serve four-year terms on the Tecumseh City Council.
Officials say voter turnout was strong throughout the day, with steady participation reported at the A.J. Smith Recreation Center polling location.
Unofficial results were released by the Lenawee County Clerk’s Office and will be certified in the coming days.
