ADRIAN — Lenawee County is turning the courthouse dome green this November to honor local veterans.

From November 4th through the 11th, the dome inside the Old County Courthouse will shine bright green for Operation Green Light — a national effort to show support for veterans and raise awareness about the challenges they face.

County Administrator Kim Murphy said in a statement, “When we light our courthouse dome green, it’s a simple but powerful reminder that veterans are at the heart of our community.”

Residents, businesses, and organizations are encouraged to join in by replacing one light bulb at home or work with a green one. It’s a small way to show big support.

For more information, visit naco.com or contact the Lenawee County Department of Veterans Affairs at 517-264-5335.
