TECUMSEH — Tecumseh Public Schools reported that student achievement is rising when measured by student cohorts over time instead of single-year grade snapshots.
Tecumseh Superintendent Matt Hilton said looking at the same group of students year after year shows that proficiency is increasing as students move from sixth to seventh to eighth to ninth grade.
That was Tecumseh Superintendent Matt Hilton.
Hilton said the district will continue using cohort tracking along with budget-aligned interventions in early math and transition years to support continued gains.
