LENAWEE CO. — Lenco Credit Union in Adrian has named Fran Brant as its next president and CEO.
Brant will take over the job on May 1, 2026.
Brant joined Lenco last year as vice president of consumer lending. She has more than 30 years of experience in lending and has lived in Lenawee County her whole life.
She will replace longtime CEO Ben Neal, who is retiring after 41 years with the credit union. Neal will stay on as a consultant after he steps down.
The Lenco board says Brant’s experience and her ties to the community make her a strong fit to lead the credit union going forward.
