LENAWEE CO. — The Lenawee Community Foundation will hold a grantee celebration this week in Adrian.
The event will take place on Thursday, October 23 from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Foundation’s office on West Maumee Street.
Staff will welcome more than thirty groups that received grants this year. The groups are from across Lenawee County, including Adrian, Clinton, Morenci, Tecumseh, and Tipton.
Foundation leaders say the event is meant to thank local groups who improve the quality of life in the county. The timing also lines up with Make a Difference Day, which is this Saturday. There will be a group photo opportunity during the event.
