TECUMSEH — Tecumseh leaders are moving forward with steps for new housing on Bishop Reed Drive.
The Tecumseh City Council held public hearings on Monday for two developments: Shadowbrook and Lone Oak.
The Lone Oak project proposes 37 new single-family homes on a 9-acre parcel along Bishop Reed Drive. Allen Edwin Homes plans to invest about 13 million dollars in the project, with construction expected to begin next spring.
Mayor Brian Radant says the new homes will fit within the neighborhood’s character.
That was Mayor Brian Radant. The final decision will be made at the Monday, November 3rd meeting.
