LENAWEE CO. — M.C.I. Foods is recalling about 91,585 pounds of frozen ready-to-eat breakfast burritos and wraps with egg because of possible Listeria contamination.
The items were made September 17 through October 14, 2025, and show “EST. 1162A” or “P-5890A” inside the USDA mark.
They were shipped to foodservice sites nationwide. Some may have reached schools through normal sales, but they were not part of the USDA National School Lunch Program. The issue was found after a supplier test showed Listeria in a scrambled egg component. No illnesses have been reported.
Institutions should not serve these products: throw them away.

FSIS says a corrected update was posted on October 20.
