Daryl D. Snyder, age 78, of Adrian, MI, passed away October 17, 2025 at his son’s home, surrounded by family and friends, under the care of Hospice of Lenawee.
Daryl was born July 31, 1947, in Hillsdale, MI the son of Ross D. and Minnie (Hooker) Snyder. He was a graduate of North Adams High School. Daryl was a veteran of both the United States Navy and United States Air Force serving as radar operator in both branches. Daryl was retired from Tecumseh Products Company where he was an electrician.
He is survived by his son, Chris (Jamie) Snyder, two granddaughters, Ava and Hadley Snyder; step-chlidren, Tama (Bob) Bahret and Adam (Jami) Wallace; brother; Ted (Brenda) Snyder; and sister, Joyce Benschoter.
He was preceded in death, his daughter Brandi Snyder in 1997, his parents, 8 brothers, and 1 sisters.
Funeral service will be held 12:00 PM Thursday, October 23, 2025 at Purse & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Darren Lemmon officiaitng. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery with military honors conducted by the United States Navy.
Visitation will take place from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, 2025 at Purse & Son Funeral Home, Tecumseh, Michigan.
