ADRIAN — The City of Adrian has announced the third year of the Adrian Community Academy.
The Community Academy will consist of a 10-week course, to be held on Thursday evenings from January 8th, 2026 through March 12th, 2026, with each session taking place from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.
The sessions will primarily take place at the Adrian City Chambers Building, at 159 East Maumee Street, with some meetings at other City facilities such as the Fire Department, Waste/Water treatment plant, and Parks Department.
Each session will feature a different department of the City, with presentations by department heads and staff members about how each department operates, how decisions are made, and how funds are allocated.
The Academy is free of charge, and space is limited to 25 city residents.
Applications are being accepted now on the city website and will be accepted until December 12th.
Once the applications have been reviewed, applicants will be contacted regarding their acceptance to the Academy.
