Rebecca “Becky” R. Krouse, age 66, of Tecumseh, MI, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2025, at the Hospice of Lenawee Home in Adrian, MI. She was born on August 7, 1959, in Toledo, OH, the daughter of the late Harley Walter and Ruth Evelyn (Kurtz) Krouse.
Becky was employed as a lab technician in the plastics industry, and she thoroughly enjoyed her job. She also had a deep passion for dogs and loved adopting and taking care of them.
Becky is survived by her siblings, Robert L. (Judy) Krouse of Douglasville, GA, Pamela S. Hutchison of Toledo, OH, and Andrew M. Krouse of Toledo, OH; four nieces and nephews, Jennifer Hargis of Douglasville, GA, Mike (Brandy) Hutchison of Toledo, OH, Rick (Melissa) Hutchison of Toledo, OH, and Bobby (Cherina) Krouse of Statesville, NC; and two great-nieces and two great-nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents.
According to Becky’s wishes there will be no services. A private burial will take place in Ottawa Hills Memorial Park in Toledo, OH. Memorial contributions in honor of Becky may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, or Planned Pethood, or ASPCA. Arrangements are under the care of the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Homes.
