ADRIAN — The Adrian City Commission has proclaimed Sept. 15 through Oct. 15 as Hispanic Heritage Month.
Mayor Angie Heath said the proclamation is about unity, community pride, and togetherness:
The city encourages residents to take part in Hispanic Heritage Month events throughout the community.
