ADRIAN — The Adrian City Commission has formally recognized Police Chief Vince Emrick for his service as Acting City Administrator.
Mayor Angela Heath read a proclamation thanking Emrick for his leadership.
That was Mayor Heath.
After the meeting, the city’s community development team presented a flag to Chief Emrick as both a thank you and a birthday gift.
