SYLVANIA — ProMedica has announced several community events in October.
On October 1, the Multiple Sclerosis Support Group will meet at the UToledo-ProMedica Neurosciences Center in Toledo. The meeting starts at 6 p.m. Friends and family are welcome, and a virtual option is available by calling 419-291-2059.
On October 6, the ProMedica Weight Loss Surgery Support Group will meet at the ProMedica Health and Wellness Center in Sylvania. This group is open to anyone who has had surgery or wants to learn more. The meeting begins at 6 p.m.
On October 30, the Stroke Support Group will host a program about acupuncture and stroke recovery. That event will be at the ProMedica Flower Hospital Conference Center in Sylvania at 4:30 p.m.
All three events are free and do not require registration.
