
JACKSON — Experience Jackson will host a free public screening of a new Under the Radar Michigan episode this Wednesday in downtown Jackson.
The event takes place at the Michigan Theatre on North Mechanic Street from 4 to 7 p.m. Visitors can see the 30-minute episode on the big screen and hear stories from local business owners featured in the show.
The Jackson County Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the $6.2 million restoration of the 95-year-old theatre. Food tastings, concessions, and a cash bar will also be available.
Co-host Jim Edelman will attend for a book signing and meet-and-greet.
The episode is set to air on PBS stations starting September 25.
