ADRIAN — Habitat for Humanity of Lenawee County will soon start building a new home in Adrian.
A groundbreaking ceremony will take place on Friday, September 19, at 10 a.m. at 815 Howell Street.
This home is the first project in a new partnership with the LISD TECH Center Residential Construction Program. The program gives students hands-on building experience while supporting Habitat’s mission of safe, affordable housing.
Habitat leaders, LISD students and staff, sponsors, and community members will be there. The future homeowner, Kristie Zick, will also take part in the event.
