Linda Walker, age 82 of Tipton passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025 at Henry Ford Allegiance Health in Jackson. She was born August 16, 1943 in Tecumseh, the daughter of the late Ralph F. and Marilyn J. (Dowling) Rosenberg. On September 2, 1962 she married Tommy Bruce Walker and they have been blessed with 63 years together.
Linda was a member of St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in the Irish Hills. She worked in the restaurant industry as a waitress. Linda loved sewing and weekly got together with a group of women to enjoy each other’s company and sew. She was widely known for her blankets and sold them throughout the area festivals. She loved traveling and going to casinos.
Besides her husband, Tommy, Linda is survived by her daughters, Christine (Ken) Stout of Fostoria, OH and Angela (Brad) Price of Brooklyn, MI; brothers, Ralph (Gayle) Rosenberg of Madison, WI, Mark Rosenberg of Kokomo, IN and Mike (Tammie) Rosenberg of Tecumseh, MI; seven grandchildren, Ryan (Jamie) Caligiuri, Scott Caligiuri, Breanna (Randy) Retan, Brett Barrows, Walker Price, Jewel Price and Abigail Price; five great grandchildren, Carson Caligiuri, Cole Caligiuri, Clark Caligiuri, Johnathan Price and Sawyer Retan. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Teresa Barrows.
Memorial visitation for Linda will be from 11am – 1pm on Friday, September 19, 2025 at St, Mark’s Lutheran Church in Brooklyn. Memorial services will follow at 1pm with Rev. Bryan Varblow officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Mark’s Lutheran Church. Inurnment will be at a later date in Franklin Twp. Cemetery in Tipton. Arrangements are under the care of the Tecumseh Chapel of Handler Funeral Homes.
