
ADRIAN — The proposed 2026 Lenawee County budget is now posted for the public to review.
The $43.1 million plan focuses on careful spending and planning for the county’s future.
County Administrator Kimberly Murphy presented the budget to the Board of Commissioners this week. She explained how state decisions may affect local finances moving forward.

The Lenawee County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the proposed Budget during their scheduled board meeting on Thursday, September 25, at 6:05 p.m. in the Old Courthouse, at 301 North Main Street in Adrian.
