ADRIAN — Lenawee County is putting a stronger focus on long-term infrastructure needs in this year’s capital projects plan.
County Administrator Kim Murphy said that planning now will help the county manage future costs, especially for major facilities.

She says the county is gradually increasing contributions to its capital fund to prepare for the judicial building project and other infrastructure needs in the years ahead.
