ADRIAN — Lenawee County has recognized District Court Administrator Heidi Cannon and Circuit Court Administrator Ciara McGrane, on earning their Certified Court Executive designations this summer.
This national certification, awarded through the National Center for State Courts, recognizes their completion of an extensive training program designed to strengthen leadership and enhance court operations.
The CCE program offers advanced educational courses in areas such as operations management, leadership, and public relations.
Thanks to training funding provided by the County, Heidi and Ciara were able to pursue this professional development opportunity.
