ADRIAN — The Lenawee County Physical Resources Committee reviewed its Capital Fund this week.
The Building Division has about $1.4 million available for future projects. Officials said this money will help cover upcoming repairs and maintenance across county facilities.
At the Maurice Spear Campus, two projects remain open. One is an insurance claim tied to a past roof leak, and the other is the large juvenile justice infrastructure project that began earlier this year.
Both projects are still moving forward, and county leaders expect more updates in the coming months.
