ADRIAN — The Lenawee County Physical Resources Committee reviewed recent maintenance and projects this week.
At the jail, padded cell doors were repaired. Painting was completed in the juvenile probation area, and the backup Emergency Operations Center at the Robertson Building was reconfigured. At the Human Services Building, one of the chiller compressors failed and will need replacement.
The committee also approved several projects. A contract for $28,864 was approved for exterior brick, mortar, and paint repairs at the Physical Resources Building.
Two projects were officially closed. The Judicial Elevator repair project is finished, and the Jail Roof Replacement project has been completed, with about $9,000 left over in funds.
