MORENCI — The Kiwanis Club of Morenci hosted its 31st annual Bridge Walk on Labor Day.
The walk takes place at Michigan’s southernmost bridge and has become a local tradition. Heather Sarnac, director of Community and Economic Development, said this year’s event supported the community food pantry.
Heather went on to say the bridge walk highlights Morenci’s place on the state border and brings people together for a good cause.
