ADRIAN — The Lenawee County business and administrative offices will be closed on Monday, September 1, in observance of Labor Day.
County officials said all routine services, including the courthouse, will not be available that day. Emergency services, such as police, fire, and medical response, will continue to operate as usual.
The Labor Day holiday is observed nationwide to recognize the contributions of American workers. County leaders encourage residents to plan ahead for any business that requires in-person service before or after the long weekend.
Normal office hours will resume on Tuesday, September 2.
