ADRIAN — The Lenawee County Land Bank Authority has approved several property actions.
At Tuesday’s meeting, the board set listing prices for two properties. The land at 1123 Lowe Avenue in Adrian will be listed at two thousand five hundred dollars or best offer. The same price was set for 1117 Lowe Avenue.
As part of the blight elimination grant, asbestos cleanup at 140 West Main Street in Addison was awarded to Asbestos and Lead Abatement of Michigan for $10,500. Demolition of the same site will be done by Slusarski Excavating and Paving for $61,775.
The board also confirmed that the property at 834 Michigan Avenue in Adrian has been sold.
