ADRIAN — The Align Center for Workforce Development in Adrian has named a new executive director.
Starting September first, Ronnie Giles Jr. will take on the role. Giles has been the center’s business development manager since June and brings experience in higher education and finance.
He has worked at Siena Heights University, Albion College, and the firm Rehmann in Jackson. Giles holds degrees from Siena Heights and Bowling Green State University.
He lives in Adrian with his wife and three children.
Giles replaces H. Ron Griffith, who has served as interim director since June of last year. Griffith helped guide the opening of the center’s new facility on Church Street.
The Align Center says Giles will focus on training programs, financial stability, and helping people in Lenawee County gain skills for the workforce.
