TECUMSEH — The Tecumseh City Council has set two public hearings on new development proposals.
The first hearing will focus on creating a Commercial Rehabilitation District for HFD Mill LLC. This would allow the company to seek tax incentives for planned improvements.
The second hearing will review an Industrial Facilities Exemption for a speculative building at 796 Campus Parkway. That project could bring new business space to the city’s industrial park.
Both hearings will be scheduled in the coming weeks, giving residents a chance to share their comments before the council makes a final decision.
