HILLSDALE — County National Bank has added three new leaders to its team.
Jody Dodd is the new Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. She brings 10 years of experience in human resources and says she looks forward to helping employees feel valued and supported.
Sean Schumitsch joins as Assistant Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer. He has 20 years of banking experience and will serve Ingham County. He is active in the community and also serves on the board for Strikeout Baseball.
Jen Shears is the new Branch Manager at the Somerset Center office. She has 27 years of banking experience and volunteers with several community groups, including the Jackson Interfaith Shelter and Big Brothers Big Sisters.
County National Bank has served southern Michigan since 1934, with offices in six counties.
