ADRIAN — Five small businesses in Lenawee County will be honored at this year’s Taste of Lenawee.
Launch Lenawee will present its “Under the Radar” recognition to A Drain Plumbing, Grasshopper/El Chaps Restaurant, Sphere Contracting, Grey Fox Floral, and Hadden Tire.
The recognition is given to businesses with 2 to 12 employees that have been in operation for at least 10 years and that provide excellent products or services to the community. Organizers say these small businesses are the backbone of the local economy and are often overlooked.
They will be recognized during the Taste of Lenawee event on Friday, September 19, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Adrian Armory.
