ADRIAN — The Lenawee County Board of Commissioners heard the 2024 county audit this week.
Finance Director Dan Zimolzak and Michael Rolka from Yeo & Yeo presented the report.
Auditors gave the county a clean opinion, meaning the financial statements are correct in all important ways. They found no major problems or weaknesses in the county’s records.
The review also included a single audit of federal funds. The largest program tested was the American Rescue Plan, listed as 21.027. That program, and all others reviewed, met federal rules with no issues.
