ADRIAN — The Michigan Department of Transportation is moving into the next phase of its resurfacing project on M-52 in Adrian.
Starting Monday, August 18, M-52 will close along Church, Broad, and Front streets. Drivers will need to use Winter Street to travel north and south through downtown.
In addition, paving is scheduled for the intersection of US-223 and M-52 beginning at 4 a.m. on Sunday, August 17.
Officials are asking drivers to expect delays, follow posted detour signs, and use caution in work zones.
This work is part of MDOT’s resurfacing project from Beecher Street to Siena Heights Drive.
