ADRIAN — The Lenawee County Treasurer’s Office will auction off dozens of tax-foreclosed properties later this month.
The online sale runs August 25th and 26th at Zeus Auction, with each parcel closing at a posted time.
Bidders must register in advance on the auction website and complete the required forms acknowledging the rules and payment terms. The minimum bids range from just over $1,400 to more than $31,000, and buyers will still be responsible for the 2025 winter property taxes.
The listings include residential, commercial, and vacant parcels across Adrian, Tecumseh, Blissfield, Morenci, Hudson, Deerfield, and multiple townships. The sale follows a February court judgment that transferred ownership of the delinquent properties to the county.
